.. your Sell levels activated after 10:15 am on 15 minutes candles close basis then after hitting Target1 your SL hit at 2:15 pm after that again a sudden downfall came in next 15 minute candle so it was Not possible to take trade again at your levels as in next candle your target 1 & 2 was also taken, So please let know how did you managed to achieve all the 3 targets in your Sell trade as you had marked as ACHIEVED !
